By submitting an estimate request, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or submit any forms on this site. These terms apply to all customers and website visitors of A Better Repair.
A Better Repair provides mobile auto cosmetic repair services throughout Greater Phoenix, Arizona, including but not limited to: bumper repair, scratch repair, dent removal, rock chip repair, headlight refinishing, paint color matching, and related services. All services are performed on-site at the customer's requested location.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including situations where the damage is beyond the scope of cosmetic repair, poses a safety concern, or where we determine that repair is not in the customer's best interest.
Estimates provided by phone, form submission, email, or text message are good-faith approximations based on the information and photos provided. Final pricing may vary upon in-person inspection of the actual damage. We will communicate any changes before beginning work. Submitting a form or receiving an estimate does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service.
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply to credit card payments. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid balances.
A Better Repair stands behind our work. All paint refinishing repairs are backed by a lifetime guarantee for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle. If you are not satisfied with a completed repair, contact us and we will return to assess and correct the issue at no charge, provided the dissatisfaction is related to the quality of our work and not to additional damage, subsequent events, or conditions outside our control.
SMS Program: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our estimate forms, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from A Better Repair regarding your estimate request, appointment confirmation, service follow-up, and related communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive one or more messages per inquiry.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation text. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

No Third-Party Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By uploading photos of your vehicle through our estimate forms, you grant A Better Repair a non-exclusive license to use those photos for the purpose of assessing your repair and, if desired, for marketing materials including our website, social media, and advertising. We will not publish before/after photos that include identifiable license plates without your permission.
A Better Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed conditions, or damage resulting from events outside our control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Better Repair, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or any misrepresentation of your vehicle's condition or ownership.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of A Better Repair or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Greater Phoenix, Arizona.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
